Für ein gutes Glas Wein, Prosecco oder Champagner nach dem Skifahren mit Abstand die beste Adresse in der Umgebung. Tolle Auswahl an Getränken, sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung und dank der vielen Heizstrahler auf der Terrasse auch bei kalten Temperaturen gemütlich zum Verweilen. Immer wieder gerne!

Una piacevole scoperta nella bellissima cornice di Ortisei, è da subito diventato il nostro punto di riferimento durante il nostro soggiorno per il Capodanno 2018. L'aperitivo del 29 Dicembre lo porterò sempre nel cuore, una sera freddissima, la neve intorno e voi che ci avete offerto una coperta e la borsa dell'acqua calda in terrazza :))) stupendo... è stato uno dei momenti che mi ricorderò per sempre Grazie per aver reso unici dei momenti della nostra vacanza, grazie per la cordialità, l'affetto e la simpatia.. Ortisei è magica, spero di poter tornare da voi il prossimo inverno.

Un posto carinissimo ricco di un 'atmosfera speciale e molto calorosa .Un aperitivo favoloso da passare con degli ottimi champagne e in compagnia delle persone care!Un "Padrone di casa " davvero molto molto gentile e attento ad ogni dettaglio ! Una carta dei vini eccezione , veramente un aperitivo TOP , come tutte le cose buonissime da stuzzicare ! ostriche fantastiche ! Lo consiglio davvero a tutti coloro che soggiornano a Ortisei ! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente prestissimo! Grazie di tutto !

Das Café Demetz ist ein absolutes Muss wenn man in St. Ulrich ist! Wir waren drei Mal während unseres einwöchigen Urlaubes dort und jedes Mal waren wir begeistert von der Freundlichkeit, dem Ambiente und der perfekten Beratung zu Wein und Spezialitäten. Wir haben jeden Aufenthalt genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! *Henry & Conny*

Cortesia ospitalità e squisita qualità di prodotto fanno del 'Demetz' la più golosa escursione delle dolomiti. Meraviglioso l'aroma dei cornetti semplici al "profumo di montagna' consigliati dallo storico titolare del locale Helmut Franzelin cultore di tradizioni locali e della sana cucina. Meine Frau und ich haben das Café Demetz vor Kurzem im Rahmen eines Südtirol-Wanderurlaubs kennengelernt. Nach unseren ausgiebigen Wanderungen haben wir regelmäßig die unsagbar köstlichen Kuchen probiert. Wir sind absolute Kuchenliebhaber, backen selbst häufig und sind immer auf der Suche nach neuen Rezepten. Die Kuchentheke dieses wunderschönen Cafés war für uns unglaublich inspirierend! Ausgesprochen gefreut haben wir uns, dass uns - die Aprikosenschnitte ist unser absoluter Geheimtipp - das Rezept derselben auf Nachfrage mit sehr freundlichen Worten per Mail zugeleitet wurde. Das war schon ein ganz besonderer Service, den wir sehr zu schätzen wissen!! Wir sind gespannt und freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Südtirol, um weitere Produkte dieser einzigartigen Konditorei in dem gediegenen und schönen Ambiente des angeschlossenen Cafés kennenzulernen. In diesem Café stimmt einfach alles - angefangen von der schier unglaublichen Auswahl quallitativ hochwertigster Produkte bis zum ausgesprochen freundlichen Service. Gerne kommen wir bald wieder!!!

Bedankt voor de geweldige tijd. Helmut & Mischo zijn echt geweldig. Perfecte service en erg gastvrij. Wij hebben een super week gehad in Ortisei, Seiser Alm en uiteraard in Cafe Demetz. Team Demetz bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en hopelijk zien wij elkaar weer volgend jaar. Groeten Pinot Nero (Elma), Pinot Bianco (Anton) en Bier (Christopher). Danke für die tolle Zeit. Wow wat waren de afgelopen weken gezellig op het terras bij Helmut! Van een kop thee tot aan mooie champagnes, witte en rode wijnen je wordt hier compleet in de watten gelegd en aan persoonlijke aandacht ontbreek niets. Tot over 2 weken Helmut en zet de il Pino maar klaar :-) Bussi Valentino

Wir wussten, dass Gastfreundschaft im Südtirol ganz besonders gepflegt wird. Aber das Team vom Café Demetz - mitten in der Füssgängerzone, mit seiner vorzüglich bestückten Wein- und Champagner Karte - setzt dem die Krone auf. Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Herzlichen Dank an Helmuth und sein Team. Tipp: Fragen Sie den sympathischen Patron nach seinen Empfehlungen, die nicht auf der Karte sind!
